1. Is refLexology safe?
Reflexology is considered safe for most people. Individuals who are pregnant, have a heart conditions, have diabetic neuropathy, or have compromised immune systems should use caution. Speak to your reflexologist to see if it appropriate for you to have reflexology.
2. can reflexology heal my body?
No one can 'heal' anyone else. Healing happens when the conditions are right in the body for healing to occur. The body is always in a state of healing, but can be impeded by poor lifestyle choices, such as eating fatty, processed food, drinking too much alcohol, lack of exercise/movement or not getting enough sleep. Reflexology can help to balance energy in the body, assist with circulation, as well as de-stress and relax the individual, and these things can assist healing.

Most people find a session of reflexology to be pleasant, energizing, or relaxing, and some people may fall asleep during their appointments. While having reflex work done on the points on the feet or hands some people may experience tenderness. Speak to your reflexologist if you have discomfort during a session.
4. What HAPPENS DURING A REFLEXOLOGY SESSION?
Reflexology sessions are simple, and easy for the client. The reflexologist will use a comfortable reclining chair or massage table, and the client will recline or lie down, and rest during the appointment. It is recommended that feet are clean before the appointment, as this will allow the reflexologist to better access the points on the feet. Clients should tell their reflexologist if they have any issues with their feet (pain, post-surgical site, or skin condition, etc.) before the session begins.
5. WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER A REFLEXOLOGY SESSION?
Many people find that reflexology is very relaxing, and that it can make some people sleepy, so it is best to not plan a lot of complex tasks right after a session, until you know how you will react to reflexology. Drink plenty of water, eat lightly, and abstain from drinking alcohol afterwards in order to get the maximum benefit from your reflexology session.
6. what should i do if i have questions after a reflexology session?
