Hello, I'm Sherri Obermark, reflexologist at Inspire Reflexology, and I am looking forward to working with you!

My interest in this gentle method came about simply enough after reading about reflexology therapy. I began to study the practice, and then started to use reflexology on myself, and found so many positive results. Once I understood the concepts, and saw the many benefits of Reflexology, I found that this system had suddenly become a very important part of my life. I began to use it on myself daily, and found improvements in my health day after day.

It was at this time I embarked on a career in reflexology, and I have enjoyed every step of the process. I'm happy to offer this seeming simple art to help others who are seeking to reduce tension and stress, and help their own bodies heal more efficiently.

My training has been vital in teaching me all aspects of this important healing science. Yes, reflexology is based in anatomy and physiology.

Each day I look forward to using Inspire Reflexology to bring this gentle, effective practice to others to help them in their journey to well being. My hope is that my clients will enjoy the many positive benefits, such as a relaxation; stress reduction, improved sleep, and assisting the body to heal itself through enhanced circulation.

Previously, I suffered for many years due to tension, and stress in the past, so I understand the effects of chronic Tension-Based Pain. After a lot of trial and error, I learned to overcome stress, and it has completely changed my life. My book Back Story: Breaking the Cycle of Chronic Pain describes what I learned, and my method for conquering pain.

We provide reflexology massage, which includes foot reflexology, hand reflexology, reflexology for women, as well as reflexology for men, and kids in Cincinnati, OH.

Kind Regards,

Sherri Obermark
